Phi Delt’s new house was just recently completed and cost a little over 4 million dollars. We were even named one of the 16 Greatest Frat Castles in the Land. Take advantage of a strong brotherhood, insane social events, the best intramurals, leadership opportunities, a chef who cooks three meals a day Monday through Friday, a basketball court, BBQ area, a soon to come volleyball court, and of course a diverse group of friends who you can call your brothers for life. Please look around our page and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
Are you thinking about joining a fraternity? Phi Delt is ready to recruit one of the best pledge classes at USC again. We are the most involved in campus affairs having one member on the executive board of IFC, one executive board member of Order of Omega, and two executive Board members of Undergraduate Student Government. We have a new 4 million dollars house, BBQ area, basketball court and are in the early stages of planning a volleyball court. Not to mention we have some of the best exchanges, invites, and parties on the row. With a house of about 100 brothers, a GPA that is above the All Greek Average, Phi Delts are leading the way at USC.
Phi Delta Theta California Delta is recognized as one of the Top 5 Largest Houses at USC. This says a lot about the chapter as it was re-founded in 2005 with around 30 members and received its new house in 2009 with around 60 members. Phi Delta Theta California Delta now has over 100 active members and saw over 350 potential rushees come out to tour the house during last fall recruitment.
Phi Delta Theta at USC has found much success over the past years. So here is an update on what we have been up to lately.
